Do not use this company.When order finally arrived it was damaged it took us wks to get any sort of communication going as they weren't answering the phone of emails.Finally got through and they offered £20 off the order.Not a chance.Another wait for them to collect the faulty goods and only now have we been refunded.Absolute joke.

Very easy to order and to take your money but upon delivery my garden furniture was damaged in about 3 or 4 place I’ve been trying to get hold of there 48hour response team to arrange replacements but the haven’t got back to me after 7 days I’ve tryed calling them but “the person you are calling can’t take your call at the moment please leave a message and someone will get back to you” which I’ve done now 3 times! I’ve called 3-4 times a day for the last week and nothing all I really want is for them to replace the damaged parts. And the delivery firm are a joke as well I paid extra to have it Assembled and they just tried to drop it off without doing it, and when it was pointed out to them that there were damaged parts they really didn’t care.

Miles, customer service manager was right when he told me that "there is no one higher than me". Company Director and founder Daniel Fairburn has, as Miles predicted, ignored my complaint about the treatment I received. This is contrary to Daniel Fairburn's claim that "sometimes we let you down but I promise we'll make it up to you if we do." I have been falsely accused by Miles of refusing to give my mobile number and even at one point of having a second email address- both untrue. He even mocked me for not getting his name right initially, commenting that I "couldn't even get that right" This is just an example of the offensive way I have been treated.The mattress of the bed I ordered arrived separately without prior notice, and bore no resemblance to the much thicker mattress illustrated in the newspaper advert. However I have still been charged for collection when returned.Do not go near this company if you wish to be treated with even a modicum of respect.UPDATEI have no alternative other than to reply to the continuing lies made by Miles in his reply to my initial review. I have never refused to give my mobile number. The transport company asked for it once and was given it immediately. As was Out and Out. The quote I have given in regard to getting Miles' name wrong is undoubtedly mocking. I too have recorded phone calls and Miles actually apologised after the first contact for speaking to me in the way he did, but continued in an even worse manner in later calls. On his last call he shouted so much that I was barely able to get a word in at all. I utterly repudiate his allegations and am amazed that any respectable company can get away with this sort of behaviour. I have recordings and documentary evidence to back everything I have said and have in no way been dishonest or unfair. I want nothing more than to have no further contact with this company, and have posted this review as I would hate anyone else to endure similar treatment.I have expressed a preference for my landline to be used as the mobile signal at my home can be patchy. However my landline records all missed calls and none were received from the delivery company. My answerphone facility was also not used , both of which I checked to ensure they were operating correctly. I therefore consider the mobile is in any case irrelevant even though I supplied the number when requested.I

The item was delivered early and the guys that brought it very helpful and polite. The item itself although a little complicated to put together, (took me and the wife around 3 hours), is a very good quality piece of kit. That good our neighbours saw it and bought the same set.

Ordering process was easy and came before expected date. Delivery men not very friendly. Paid extra for assembly but top and side slightly scuffed and bolted together a bit hap hazard, however you get what you pay for and it was worth the money.

I'm £730 down and still no delivery or contact full stop since i placed my order on 22nd July....... ive called and left 3 voice messages as no one ever picks up the phone and I've also emailed twice to query my order with absolutely zero response or acknowledgement of my order. Terrible service. Taken my money and then impossible to get hold of. The item I have ordered is also showing fully in stock on the website. Extremely disappointed and out of pocket.

Good service and happy with product. Delivery was easy and on time.

Poor communication regarding the delivery of the patio set. I had to chase for dates and updates. Part of the table was broken and again getting hold of customer support was difficult, even now I’m still waiting for a replacement side. I’ve mailed about an update or recompense for table and received no reply . Whilst I really like the patio set, the customer support is really poor in my experience
